"The facilities were quite good, but it seems they staff it with zoo animals. Most of my questions drew blank stares. Unfortunately I managed to leave my PDA behind and realized it on my way out of Baltimore. I called the hotel right away and explained the situation to the desk clerk, left a message for the house cleaning manager. I have since called every day since, being assured every time that someone would get back to me right away. It is now 5 days since then and not one peep. I have even contacted corporate and no word from them either. Give this place a pass."
